Our keynote speaker, Brendan Malone, was a married father of 3 girls and one boy. He has been working in full-time ministry for ten years now, and travels extensively around New Zealand and Australia to speak to various conferences, events and organisations. Last year he delivered presentations to approximately 4000 people, and his blog articles attracted 80,000 hits. Brendan regularly speaks to groups on issues related to masculine identity and manhood, and last year he was approached by a US men’s website that gets 3 million views per month and asked to write several articles for them on manhood. He has also served in a voluntary capacity as the director of the Hearts Aflame Catholic Summer School for the past ten years.
